Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Redolvy (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you use this website (redolvy.com) and when you use optional online features related to MotionForge. MotionForge is designed so your video projects are processed on your own computer unless you choose features that need the internet.

Who we are
Controller: Redolvy
Contact: support@redolvy.com
For privacy requests (including access, correction, or deletion), email us from the address you used with us so we can verify your identity. We may need additional information to confirm requests and protect your account.
What this policy covers
- This marketing website and pages hosted at redolvy.com.
- Optional online services you may enable in the MotionForge app (for example, activation and optional hosted suggestions), when configured by you or your provider.
This policy does not control independent services you choose separately (for example, your own payment or email tools outside what we operate).
MotionForge: local-first by design
The core MotionForge workflow runs on your device. Your video files, previews, and exports are handled locally unless you turn on features that intentionally send information over the internet (such as activation or an optional suggestion service you configure).
Information we collect
Website (redolvy.com)
- Technical data: When you load pages, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, date/time, and requested URLs) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Communications: If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Cookies and similar technologies: We do not use advertising cookies on this site today. We may use strictly necessary cookies required for site delivery and security. If we add optional analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate choices.
MotionForge app (optional online features)
If you use online-connected features, we or your configured provider may process categories such as:
- Account and license information needed to verify access to Pro features.
- Contact details you provide (for example, an email address used with checkout or support).
- Device identifiers used to associate activation with your license (as implemented by your provider).
- Metadata you choose to send for optional services (for example, non-video technical details used to suggest settings), only when you enable those features.
We do not intend to collect special categories of sensitive personal data (such as health information) through MotionForge.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and services.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about your account or purchases.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Where applicable law requires a “legal basis,” we rely on appropriate bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests (for example, securing our services and understanding aggregate use), and consent when consent is required.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the business, using trusted service providers:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this website and related systems.
- Payment processing partners when you purchase online (they receive payment-related information needed to complete transactions).
- Email delivery providers when we send transactional messages (for example, purchase or license communications).
- Professional advisors where required (for example, lawyers or accountants), under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood under U.S. state privacy laws.
International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. If we transfer personal data from regions that require safeguards, we use appropriate measures as required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods can vary depending on the record type (for example, security logs vs. purchase records).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (where applicable).
To exercise rights, contact support@redolvy.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may deny requests that risk the privacy of others, are repetitive, or are unlawful.
U.S. state privacy rights: If applicable, you may have additional rights (for example, appeal processes). Contact us using the email above.
Children
MotionForge and this website are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
