Common questions
- Where do I enter my license?
- Open MotionForge → Settings → Account, paste your key, then activate. Or use Upgrade after a browser purchase.
- Payment opened in my browser — what’s next?
- When you return to the app, Pro should activate automatically. If provisioning is still running, use Retry activation in the Upgrade window.
- How do I subscribe from the website?
- Install the app, then on Pricing click Subscribe in app on your chosen plan.
- Exports look softer than I expected
- Try a higher quality preset or enable optional clarity in the app before exporting.
