Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Redolvy websites and products, including MotionForge and Meter. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

The services
- MotionForge — desktop software for local video frame interpolation and slow motion.
- Meter — hosted usage metering and Stripe billing helpers at meter.redolvy.com.
- Websites — redolvy.com and related product pages.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your Meter API keys and dashboard sessions. Keep keys secret; rotate them if exposed by contacting support.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage payment methods and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal where available, or by contacting support@redolvy.com.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly offered by us. Taxes may apply based on your location and Stripe Tax configuration.
Acceptable use (Meter)
- Do not abuse the API (flooding, scraping, or circumventing rate or plan limits).
- Do not use Meter to process unlawful content or to violate others’ rights.
- Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal data as usage event fields.
- You are responsible for how you bill your own end customers and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
Acceptable use (MotionForge)
Use the software only as permitted by its license and these Terms. Do not reverse engineer except where allowed by law, redistribute Pro licenses, or interfere with license verification.
Intellectual property
Redolvy and its products, branding, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You retain rights to your content and usage data. You grant us a limited license to process Meter events solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redolvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service. You may stop using the services and cancel subscriptions as described above. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits) will survive termination.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
